🗓 Winter Itinerary (6 Days / 5 Nights)

Day 1: Arrival in Almaty – The Winter Capital of Central Asia

• Meet & greet at Almaty International Airport

• Private transfer to hotel and check-in

• Time to relax after flight

• Welcome dinner featuring hot Kazakh dishes

• Optional: short evening stroll in Panfilov Park or along Arbat Street

Day 2: Almaty City Tour & Kok Tobe Hill

• Breakfast at hotel

• Explore Almaty’s winter charm with visits to:

  • Zenkov Cathedral (beautifully lit during the snowy season)

  • Green Bazaar – try local sweets & nuts

  • Kok Tobe Hill – reach the top by cable car for panoramic views of snow-covered city

• Overnight in Almaty

Day 3: Big Almaty Lake & Shymbulak Ski Resort

• Scenic morning drive to Big Almaty Lake, surrounded by white mountains

• Afternoon visit to Shymbulak Ski Resort – ride the cable car or enjoy hot chocolate in the mountain cafés

• Return to Almaty and overnight stay

Day 4: Day Trip to Charyn Canyon

• Traditional lunch at a local guesthouse

• Return to Almaty by evening

Day 5: Kolsai & Saty Village (Overnight Stay)
